Zone4APK responds to valid removal requests from rights holders. This page describes exactly what to send, what happens next, and how a counter-notice works.
Email cpaernest@gmail.com. This address is monitored by the people who can actually remove a file — a valid request is typically actioned within 2 business days, and the file is unpublished as soon as the request is verified, before any back-and-forth.
So we can act without a follow-up round-trip, your notice must contain:
Incomplete notices get one reply asking for the missing pieces. We are not able to act on requests that only identify a game by name with no URL — there are hundreds of pages and we will not guess which ones you mean.
The affected release is unpublished and the game page is annotated with the removal date. The contributor who published it is notified with a copy of the notice. We keep a record of the notice as required by law.
A contributor who believes a removal was a mistake (for example, the mod patches their own open-source project) can send a counter-notice to the same address with: the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief in the mistake, consent to jurisdiction, and a signature. We forward it to the original complainant; if they do not file suit within 10 business days, the material may be restored.
Contributors with repeated valid takedowns against their uploads lose publishing access permanently. We do not run a three-strikes ritual — two verified strikes is enough.
